I have been without a computer now for over a month! The computer is dead for now though we have been able to access some of the files from the hard drive this is now saved onto a disc for when we eventually get another computer . I am able to use the computer here at the library and check in from time to time. It means driving into town to do so.  I have to admit I have been very busy working for my next group exhibition which has been a lot of work but enjoyable too as it meant I was down on the beaches here most days drawing and then working from memory too in the studio. I have missed visiting my blogging friends but hope to eventually catch up with you all soon. I cannot download images but found this image of mine when doing a google search! Happy painting to you all and look forward to catching up with you all soon. Best wishes from a rainy and cold Scotland! Still wearing woollen jumpers!

  1. Oh dear, I know what it's like when the computer is down. It just seems, well, strange. But don't worry, we'll be here when you get back. In the meantime, I hope you are enjoying your memory work in the studio. Soon you will be posting more of your beautiful paintings!

  2. You are such a miss when not in the blogosphere. However, you've whetted the appetite with your reference to the works in progress.

  5. Hi Janelle, Mick, Maggie and Jane a big thank you for your comments. We were able to save the files from the hard drive but sadly the computer died. We will need to replace it at a later date when we have saved up some money. I will let you know very soon about my group exhibition shown in mid July to mid August which are seascapes from both memory and sketches done on the beaches near my home. More news soon. Take care everyone and happy painting!
